If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the option of sending the item(s) back to us. Please note that after receiving your piece(s) you have up to 7 days to notify us, and after that, 14 days to get the item(s) back to our studio.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Adrianagerbasi.com will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error.

Articles can only be returned in case they are still welded and packed in their original hygiene slips and/or packages.

If you would like to make a return please fill this form and send it to us within 7 days of receiving your item(s).

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At the same time we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To prevent fraud we only refund to the credit card that was used to place the order.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: info@adrianagerbasi.com.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and exchanges are made only for the same model of the purchased piece. Adrianagerbasi.com will only cover shipping costs incurred in exchanging the product(s) of a result of our error.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We reserve the right to decline unreasonable returns and exchanges.
